Windsurfing & Kitesurfing World Cup
The Fuerteventura World Cup is a world championship for windsurfing and wingfoiling held annually on the beaches of Sotavento (Playa de la Barca), consolidating the island as an international benchmark for water sports, combining high-level competitions (Slalom X, Freestyle) with a large festival of leisure, music and cultural activities for all audiences.

Corralejo kitefest
Held every November since 1987, this festival fills the skies of Fuerteventura with color. Taking place in the Corralejo Dunes Natural Park, it welcomes kite lovers from around the world. Officially supported since 2003, it is now a flagship event for promoting tourism on the island.
